Eric Allen Pierce

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Eric Allen Pierce, age 55, on April 12, 2024, at High Point Hospice House in Haverhill, MA., after a brief but valiant battle with cancer.

Eric was born on October 1, 1968 in Newburyport. He worked as a plumber and a mason before suffering a career ending work injury at the age of 21.

He is survived by his beloved mother, Judy (Jackman) Woodard of Amesbury, MA., his sister and brother in law, Jodi Wolpert and husband Michael Wolpert, and cherished niece and nephew Mitchell & Morgan Wolpert all of Salisbury, MA., as well as several lifelong friends whom he was incredibly thankful for.

He will be remembered for his quick wit and humor but mostly for his big heart.

In honor of Eric’s request there will be no funeral services.
