Lenore Jane (DiBiccari) Corbin

Lenore J. (DiBiccari) Corbin, 81, a longtime resident of Salisbury, MA, passed on June 25, 2025 at Portsmouth Regional Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She is predeceased by her loving husband, James P. Corbin, whom she shared 28 years of marriage. Born in Lynn, MA, Lenore was the daughter of the late Bruno DiBiccari and the late Mildred (Green) Confalone. Lenore was a graduate of Lynn Classical High School, and later went on to receive her Associates Degree in Nursing from North Shore Community College.

Lenore and Jim were the proud owners of Dawn Mari-na on Rings Island, Salisbury, MA. They took pride in the business that they grew together and enjoyed getting to know their customers. When they weren’t running the marina, they spent their winters in Fort Meyers Beach, FL. After retiring from the marina business, Lenore and Jim built their beautiful home, that became her pride and joy. There they hosted weddings, birthdays, and other celebrations. You could find Lenore quilting, cooking, or spending time with her family and friends on her porch, taking in the stunning views of the river and Newburyport, MA.

Lenore had a love for needlepoint, knitting and painting. She was a member of Friends ‘N Stitches quilting group in Seabrook, NH for over 25 years and was proud to gift and display the beautiful quilts she created. She was also a friend of Bill W.

She was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Lord and husband Jeff of Newton, NH; a step-daughter, Darlene Chouinard and husband Dana of Salisbury, MA; a step-son Scott Corbin and wife Laurie of Salisbury, MA; a step-daughter Dawn Linck and husband Mike of Newmarket, NH; her grandchildren Kelsey, Kyle, Devon, Kaitlyn, Kristen, Jenny, James, Kellie, Michaela and Taylor; her brother Kenneth DiBiccari of Kennebunk, ME; and her two sisters, M. Dibby LeBlanc and husband Lawrence of Saugus, MA and Christine DiBiccari of Wakefield, MA. She was also predeceased by her son Richard Dotolo; daughter Debra Dotolo; and last but not least, her beloved dog, Rosie.

Visiting hours will be held at the beloved home of Lenore Corbin at 4 Second Street, Rings Island, Salisbury, MA on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 from 2 P.M. to 4 P.M., followed by a funeral service at 4 P.M. at the residence. Donations in memory of Lenore J. Corbin can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.

Lenore will be laid to rest, at a later date, surrounded by her loving family.
