Randy Smith, age 62, of Amesbury, Massachusetts, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, April 12, 2026.
Born in Lowell, Massachusetts on February 8, 1964, he was the son of Robert Smith and the late Helen Smith.
Randy worked for 25 years as a Regional Sales Manager for BG Products, an automotive maintenance products and services company. He was known for his strong work ethic, dedication, and mentorship throughout his career.
Out of work, Randy found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He loved riding his motorcycle, spending time on his boat, having the top down in his jeep, and watching the sun set over Lake Attitash. A devout Christian, his faith was an important part of his life and guided the way he lived each day. He went out of his way to improve the lives of those around him.
Randy will be remembered as a man who appreciated the small things life had to offer. He helped those around him whenever he could, cared for his family deeply, never complained, and always took time to remind those around him “How blessed are we”. Randy was a strong and dependable friend, coworker, and father that will be missed by all.
He is survived by his son, Matthew Smith; his daughter, Molly Smith; his father Bob Smith; his brother Doug Smith and his significant other, Denise Rolfe; and his sister, Wanda Girouard, along with extended family and dear friends. Randy will be dearly missed by all, but never forgotten!
