With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our father, Robert J. “Bob” Larcome Jr., who passed away peacefully on Friday, March 13, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.
Bob was a devoted father, proud grandfather, and a steady, kind presence to all who knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
Thank you to everyone who has reached out with love, support, and memories during this difficult time. They mean more than words can express. ❤️

Merrimac — Robert J. “Bob” Larcome Jr., age 78, of Haverhill, formerly of Methuen, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 13, 2026. He was surrounded by the love of his family.
Born in Waltham, Massachusetts on June 14, 1947, he was the son of the late Robert J. Larcome Sr. and Lucille Larcome. Bob was a graduate of Waltham High School, Class of 1965.
For the last 25+ years of his career, Bob worked as an HVAC technician for Stark and Cronk, where he was known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and dedication to his trade. Through his work, he built lasting relationships and took pride in providing for his family.
Bob shared 42 years of marriage with the love of his life, Mary A. (Colella) Larcome, with whom he built a life centered on love, family, and devotion. After her passing in 2013, he later found companionship with Rose Morrill and their dog, Buster.
Bob had a lifelong love of the ocean and the beach, and he greatly enjoyed traveling, especially to coastal destinations. These passions brought him peace and joy, and he cherished the time spent near the water with those he loved.
He is survived by his two sons, Christopher Larcome and his wife Tiffany of Atkinson, NH, and Jeffrey Larcome and his wife Kara of North Andover, MA; his four grandchildren, Jack, Sam, Zoe, and Emilia, who were a great source of pride and happiness in his life; his brother, Jay R. Larcome and his wife Linda of Scarborough, ME; along with many extended family members, nieces, and nephews. He will be remembered as a devoted father, grandfather, brother, and friend.
ARRANGEMENTS: Services will be private, with a graveside service to be held at a later date. Donations in Bob’s memory may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
