Scott M. Ledwich, age 55, passed Monday evening, June 9, 2025, at Portsmouth Regional Hospital in the loving presence of his family.
Born in Haverhill, August 26, 1969, he was the son of Edward T. Ledwich Jr. and Mary E. (Marchand) of Merrimac, MA and was a 1987 graduate of Whittier Vo Tech.
Scott worked as a carpenter, heating and AC tech, auto detailer, before becoming injured in a car accident and going on disability.
He is predeceased by his father, Edward T. Ledwich Jr. He leaves behind his mother, Mary E. Ledwich; his two brothers, Edward W. Ledwich and his wife, Martha (Clay) of Wichita, KS and Mark T. Ledwich and his wife Richelle (Binder) of Merrimac, MA; his nieces and nephews, Zach E. Ledwich and wife Lacey J. (Page), Sarah E. (Ledwich) and her husband Clinton L. Thompson, Emily C. (Ledwich) and her husband Matthue D. Murphy, Mark E. Ledwich and his wife Joanna (McGroarty) and Samantha Ledwich; many great nieces and nephews, along with a large extended family and many dear friends.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Locust Grove Cemetery in Merrimac. Arrangements are by Paul C. Rogers Family Funeral Home, 36 West Main Street, Merrimac, MA 01860.
